What's a Contributor?

A site contributor is anyone volunteering their talent (writing, editing, illustration, photography -- you name it!) to produce magazine-style feature content for the site. SF Lindy Hop is all about community, so consider this your invitation to join our staff!

Getting Started as a Contributor

To become a site contributor, you must do the following:

1. Register and sign-in to the site. Use the yellow login box at the top right of your screen.
2. Subscribe to the staff email list. Send a blank email to

You must complete both steps in order to gain full access to our online contributor tools. Detailed instructions can be found in the contributor's How-to, which also explains how we develop and manage content for the site.

Creating Your Bio

To create or update your bio that gives a little description of you for visitors to read (usually in connection with a story you've written), check the authors list. You'll see examples of the bios other authors have created.
